Immortal Air™ Warranty

As hard as we try to produce a trouble free product, sometimes issues beyond our control will necessitate the need for your IMMORTAL AIR™ product to be repaired. Your IMMORTAL AIR™ product is warranted against defects in manufacture, materials and workmanship for a period of Two (2) year from date of purchase. Your product must be registered before the warranty can be applied. Once you complete the registration process your product will be covered.

IMMORTAL AIR™ products are not warranted against misuse, abuse, modifications, alterations, disassembly, accidental damage, damage caused by Acts of Nature or normal wear. Damage that may have occurred during shipping is the responsibility of the shipper. Please direct all shipping related claims to the shipper of record, in order to expedite your reimbursement.

If we determine the cause to be a defect in manufacture/material/workmanship, we will repair or replace that product as deemed necessary.

If the problem is determined not to be a result of a warranty covered event, we will inform you of the cost of repair or replacement as indicated. Upon agreement and payment, the repair or replacement will be performed.

Warranty repairs will only be done at the IMMORTAL AIR™ Authorized Service Center located in Elk Grove Village, IL. The consumer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping. The consumer can ship into our facility via any courier they choose. Return shipping from our facility will be via UPS ground or USPS Standard Priority unless prior arrangements are made by the customer.

When sending in your IMMORTAL AIR™ product for service, please include the following information: All warranty claims must provide proof of purchase by means of a receipt. (Verification of purchase date may be required for warranty covered service in some instances. IMMORTAL AIR™ suggests that you retain a copy of the original sales receipt/invoice as verification until your warranty expires) All incoming product must be approved by means of an assigned RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please email our customer service department at sales@immortalair.com to obtain an RMA prior to shipping the product to us. Also include a note explaining what the nature of the problem/repair, your name and return ship address, a daytime phone number where we can contact you regarding any questions and also to secure payment information for return shipping.
