Hydrostatic testing is required every five years for ISO and DOT approved paintball carbon fiber cylinders to verify the structural integrity of the tank and ensure it remains safe for continued use. This certified hydrotesting service inspects and tests your cylinder to meet applicable ISO and DOT requirements.

Important: Cylinders that fail inspection or hydrostatic testing cannot be returned to service. Certain cylinders may also have reached the maximum service life (such as many composite cylinders with a 15-year lifespan) and cannot be hydro tested. If you’re unsure whether your tank is eligible for testing, contact us before shipping.
Please Note: We require that the regulator is removed from the tank prior to shipping to us. If you are unable to remove your regulator you must ensure that the tank has been completely emptied and include a note when ordering stating you are unable to remove the regulator. Immortal Air is not responsible for damaged regulators during shipping.
